As long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed being behind a lens.  As a small child I can remember crouching in the snow next to a small pine tree, on my family farm in the Pleasant Valley area, trying to get the perfect shot of a winter sunset.

Capturing a piece of time in a portrait allows individuals to hold that exact flash in history forever. 

I try to capture “real life” moments in my images.  My hope is that you are transported to the exact moment when your event occurred … to the smell of a new baby’s skin, to the feel of dew on the evening grass, to a place that moves you inside.

I currently live in Wayne, NE with my two children, Cory & Cassie, and our dog, Charlie.
